The easiest way to flavour your honey with your favourite ingredient is to put the herb/fruit zest/spice of your choice in a dry, clean and sterilized glass jar and then pour the honey. The proportion is about one tablespoon of herb for one cup of honey.
Let it finely closed for 5 days, in the meantime turn it over frequently so they will mix on their own. After that, you strain it in to another sterilized glass jar and your new flavoured honey is ready! For a stronger scent and flavour, leave it for 10 days with your favourite ingredient.
